Toolroom Manager

What you’re day will look like:

Motivate & lead a team of CNC setter/ operators, manage daily workflow, get the best out of the machines, through your strong CNC background

Because you’re great at what you do, you’ll:

• Bring strong experience in a plastics injection moulding toolroom
• Have leadership/ coaching skills and experience
• Be a practical person, understanding CNC workflows and machinery.
• Be a natural mentor and people person
• Be a good communicator
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
