Your new role:

The position is interesting and varied. Most of the work is involved at client sites around Nelson, including shut down projects. Take responsibility leading a team covering a wide range of service, repair and new build work including;

• Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance checks.
• Breakdown repairs.
• Machinery installations and upgrades.

What you’ll bring to the role:  

• An excellent attitude to health and safety and being fit and healthy.
• Leadership skills that others follow.
• Trade qualification (Fitter / Turner or similar)
• Strong machinery maintenance experience.
• Sound fabrication and welding skills
• Ability to problem solve, providing both short and long-term solutions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
