Progressive company based in Auckland with 20+ years’ experience in Project Management and Construction have large projects to build and complete.

Reporting to the Commercial manager and working with a team of some of the best people within the residential, commercial, and community arena you will be assisting in small to medium sized projects.

Having worked in the above arena’s your experience will guarantee you will be responsible for pre-feasibility studies, project services, contract administration, tenders, measurements, estimations, variations of contracts and most of all ensuring profitability of projects.

Communication will be required between your clients and the construction staff in order for the progression and support on projects.

• 5 years New Zealand experience within large construction projects
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying
