You will contribute across a wide range of manufacturing activities in the machine shop and have the opportunity to:
- Work to high tolerances producing parts for production solutions
- Complete first-run and sample work pieces, including verifying settings by measuring positions
- Use manual lathes to produce parts to a high standard
- Apply a continuous improvement mind-set, helping improve operations and efficiency
- Wide breadth of production experience, including manual machining, welding and fabrication.
- Experience or exposure in pre-production environments where you have completed first-run, sample, and one-off work pieces.
- Good work attitude and happy to lend a hand wherever needed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Have a safe approach to engineering & manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and other regulations.
